Hotel Boutique Rato 10 Playa del Carmen, Playa del Carmen

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is absolutely amazing—right in the heart of everything—the service left a lot to be desired. I found the room to be clean and comfortable, which was a big plus, but the breakfast situation was quite confusing. Overall, it's a convenient spot for exploring, but I wouldn't expect top-notch service.

I recently had an amazing stay at Rato 10, a hidden gem right in the heart of the city. The spacious rooms made it easy to work comfortably for an extended week. The staff was incredibly helpful whenever I needed assistance, especially with my tech issues. The rooftop pool area was a nice touch for unwinding after a busy day. However, I did notice a couple of minor issues during my stay, mainly regarding ventilation and bathroom amenities that could be improved.
